Bouwde een organisatiebrede content- en communicatiestrategie tijdens interne spanning rond diversiteit en de bestaande achterban. Het werk vertrok vanuit publieksonderzoek, zodat zowel oude als nieuwe doelgroepen zich konden vinden. De strategie wordt nog steeds gebruikt. Built an organisation-wide content and communication strategy during a moment of internal tension around diversity and the existing donor base. Grounded in audience research, so both existing and new publics could find their footing. The strategy is still in use.
Soho House & CoSoho House & Co
Werk samen met de Global Director DEI aan internationale strategieën rond sociale veiligheid, representatie en inclusieve hospitality. Zette een programma op dat dertig professionals met een gemarginaliseerde achtergrond verbond — wat overbleef is een community die zichzelf draagt. Working with the Global Director DEI on international strategies around social safety, representation and inclusive hospitality. Built a programme that connected thirty professionals from underrepresented backgrounds — what remained is a community that holds itself.

Grassroots-organisatie die academisch beleid, onderwijs en publiek debat blijvend heeft beïnvloed rond dekolonisatie. Meer dan twintig projecten, gesprekken tussen studenten, docenten en bestuurders, en een bijdrage aan de oprichting van de diversiteitscommissie van de UvA. A grassroots organisation that has shaped academic policy, teaching and public debate on decolonisation. More than twenty projects, dialogue between students, faculty and leadership, and a contribution to the formation of the diversity committee at the University of Amsterdam.

Begeleidde gesprekken tussen studenten, docenten en bestuur rond sociale veiligheid en inclusie in het kunstvakonderwijs. Werk gericht op het zichtbaar maken van wat normaal ongezegd blijft, en op het bouwen van een gedragen vervolg. Facilitated conversations between students, faculty and leadership on social safety and inclusion in art education. Work focused on surfacing what tends to remain unsaid, and on building a follow-up the organisation could carry.

Onderzoek naar hoe de NFT-tentoonstelling Reloading zich verhoudt tot dekoloniale narratieven binnen blockchain-technologie. De vraag: ontmantelt deze technologie bestaande machtsstructuren, of reproduceert ze die juist? Research into how the NFT exhibition Reloading engages with decolonial narratives within blockchain technology. The question: does this technology dismantle existing power structures, or quietly reproduce them?
